Signs went through an initial three-stage sealing, priming and oven baking process for sealer, primer best adherence and sign protection prior to a professional designer executing the design on the wood. Signs were then heat-crystal smoked with an industrial crystal clear, non-yellowing UV sealer for maximum sign protection. Signs finally went through a special cooling/heating/drying oven (Mirror process required for max.outdoor protection/durability) resulting in the final product. Signs are one-sided.
